Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders. Please allow up to 30 days for delivery, especially for custom-made items and first production runs. Most items arrive much faster.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

You can return or exchange any item purchased on the site within 30 days of the delivery date. Gift cards are non-returnable. Items purchased with gift cards may be returned for store credit.

To initialize a return or exchange, contact us with [Return/Exchange Request #OrderNumber] in the subject line. Include your full name in your email, as well as the reason for the return or exchange, and the names and sizes of the new items you are requesting.

In the case of an exchange, please make sure that we have your desired item available in your desired size before sending your request. We will account for any price differences by either debiting or crediting the payment method we have on file.

Please make sure that all items sent to us are exactly as you received them, with the original packaging intact. We cannot process returns or exchanges for items that are not in their original condition.

You will be notified via email when your item arrives and your account is credited.
